What is the Power Vision Hookup?
The Power Vision Hookup is a national contest that gives participants the chance to win awesome prizes like a Power Vision phone, participate in the Ultimate Entertainment Hookup Grand Prize, win a daily giveaway, and receive a free song download. There's even an opportunity to help local charities.
Sprint will hand out 3,000 contest phones through our 20-city tour. Participants in The Power Vision Hookup Longest Chain Contest can preview the speed and entertainment-enhancing features of the Sprint Power VisionSM Network on a Power Vision contest phone, register for The Power Vision Hookup on the phone, then pass the phone on to another eligible person to help build the longest Power Vision Chain.
What's a Power Vision Chain?
A Power Vision Chain starts with the first person who registers their email on a Power Vision Hookup contest phone. After previewing live TV, music, and exclusive content on the Sprint Power VisionSM Network, they enter their email on the contest phone and then pass it on to another eligible person who will want to do the same. Then, they just have to complete the registration process at the contest website. And so a Power Vision Chain begins. Super simple and lots of fun!
Every fully registered participant in a Power Vision Chain gets a free music download. If fully registered by 4/26/06, they'll also get a chance to win some very cool prizes in our sweepstakes prize drawings, including the Ultimate Entertainment Hookup Grand Prize.
Plus, participants on the longest Power Vision Chain (up to a maximum of 1,260 members) will win a Sprint Power Vision phone of their very own!

How do you play the Power Vision Hookup?
There are several ways to participate. You can participate in the Power Vision Chain Contest by invitation to join an existing Power Vision Chain, or by visiting one of our 20-city national tour stops and being among those invited to participate. Or, you can register right here at www.gothookedup.com by 4/26/06 to participate in our Sweepstakes only. Note: the only way to get your hands on a Power Vision contest phone is through our tour or by invitation to join an existing Power Vision Chain. The Longest Power Vision Chain Contest and charity voting are only available to members of a Power Vision Chain. But, you still may be eligible for the daily giveaways and a chance to win the Ultimate Entertainment Hookup Grand Prize by participating in the Sweepstakes through the site. View the official rules.
How do local charities benefit?
For each completed registration, Sprint will donate $5 to a local charity, giving up to $25,000 to a charity in each market on our nationwide tour. Once participants register, they can visit this site and cast a vote for one of the charities listed for their chain's market. Participants can track the voting process to see which local charity wins the voting race and will receive the donation. Through our 20-city nationwide tour, Sprint will donate up to $500,000 to select charities across the nation!
